It should clearly explain why the existing variable is not incentive aligned. SCCP submissions without sufficient motivation may be rejected outright.-->\n<p>Network congestion is currently incredibly high - fast GWEI is around 250-280.</p>\n<p>Increasing the waiting period will allow us to reduce the update frequency of the oracle to save sDAO treasury gas costs.</p>\n<p>The Synthetix Oracle for crypto price feeds is burning too much ETH from the synthetixDAO treasury.
